Wood you like to see some magic?

Dr. Dan Seale, professor of forest products at the Forest Products Laboratory, performs a little scientific 'magic' for Eupora Elementary School students at a Wood Magic Science Fair, one of three such events held on campus in April. The purpose of the fairs is to acquaint Mississippi youngsters with the importance of wood products to the state's economy and to interest them in careers in the field. A much larger fair is planned for Oct. 16-20. For information about participating in the fall event, contact Dr. Terry Conners, Forest Products Laboratory, Box 9820, Mississippi State, MS 39762.
