


The 3 lb. Edam Cheese ball is made in very few places in the United States, and Mississippi State is the only producer of Edam Cheese in the South.
The 2 lb. Cheddar Cheese block, named for the village of Cheddar, England, is produced through a process that captures the traditional flavor of Cheddar Cheese.
The 2 lb. Jalapeno Pepper Cheese block is made by mixing and heating several types of natural cheeses with emulsifying agents and mild jalapeno peppers.
The 2 lb. Vallagret Wheel is a Norwegian style of Swiss Cheese and has a slightly sweet, nutty taste.
Crocks of Jalapeno Pepper Cheese Spread, a processed cheese, are made from Edam or Cheddar Cheese and packaged in a reusable stone crock.
Crocks of Cheese Spread, also processed, come in a reusable stone crock.
