Voice mail subscribers must reprogram

A hardware-related problem in the university's voice mail system necessitated repairs over the weekend.

After the brief shutdown, the system had to be reinitialized, which deleted all existing messages and subscriber information.

According to Mike Lane, director of Telecommunications, subscribers must reprogram such information as their spoken name, personal greeting, and password. Subscribers who need assistance in reprogramming their mailboxes may call Telecommunications Service and Repair at 325-2214.
