During this time, Graham Roofing Co. of Columbus will be installing a crane in the lot to reroof the north portion of the building. As a result, all entrances on the building's west side will be temporarily closed.
"To help us ensure safety, we ask that all students, staff, and faculty honor the fences and the warning signs," said Robert A. Johnston, the university's assistant director for facilities planning.
On March 21, the crane will be moved to the south end of the building to complete work on that end of the structure. Accordingly, the south entrance will be closed.
"If all goes according to plan, the work should be complete by the first week of April," Johnston said. He cautioned, however, that "roofing work is highly weather-dependent and Graham's work schedule will be adjusted accordingly."
