Gifts to The Campaign for Mississippi State can be directed to a college, school, department, or other unit of the university; the University Library Collection Development Endowment; or the Staff Recognition and Development Fund, to be used for recognition and development programs for non-faculty employees.

Each donor or group of donors also has the choice of designating a gift for any other program or activity of the university.

The five-year campaign seeks commitments of $78 million in support of university priorities. An update on campaign giving totals is planned for Super Bulldog Weekend.

The University Phase will be completed by early May, said campaign director Richard Bradford.
