Research schedules flights to Stennis

The Office of Research has scheduled six flights by the university airplane to the Stennis Space Center on the Gulf Coast.

Flight dates are July 14, Aug. 16, Sept. 20, Oct. 18, Nov. 15, and Dec. 13.

Seats are available for Mississippi State faculty and staff members who are developing research projects associated with agencies located at the Stennis facility.

The Office of Research will pay the cost of the plane for those traveling to Stennis to work on grants and proposals and related research business. The traveler will be responsible for other trip-related expenses.

Dr. Roy Crochet of the Science and Technology Center at Stennis serves as liaison with federal agencies on site. Visitors to the facility are encouraged to contact Crotchet to schedule and coordinate meetings. The phone number is 688-3227.
