

The two $300 scholarships will be awarded in May to an undergraduate and graduate student for the 1995-96 academic year. The criteria includes a grade-point average of 3.4 or greater for an undergraduate student, 3.8 or greater for a graduate student, and a description of financial need.
Applicants also must be enrolled at Mississippi State during the 1995-96 academic year.
To apply, complete a letter of application, including intended educational plans, career goals and statement of need; a personal data sheet, resume or vita; a transcript of college courses; three letters of recommendation from Mississippi State faculty or professional staff member, preferably at least one who is a member of FPWA; a financial aid scholarship application from the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarship (or indicate if these documents are currently on file in the financial aid office).
Application deadline is April 15.
