Suggestions offered for VoiceMail subscribers
If you will be out of your office for an extended period this summer, Telecommunications has a few suggestions:
- Change your VoiceMail personal greeting to inform callers of your status.
- Periodically call in to check your VoiceMail messages. Messages are retained for 30 days, but Telecommunications suggests checking your mailbox at least once a week.
Telecommunications will assist anyone who needs help with these or any other VoiceMail functions. Contact them at 325-2214.
