Learning about new technologies and how to use them in the classroom is the focus of a July 12-14 conference at Mississippi State.
The third annual Emerging Telecommunication Technologies Conference is sponsored by the university's Division of Continuing Education. "Enhancing Instruction with Technology" is this year's theme.
The program is intended primarily for technology coordinators, users of multimedia, library personnel or any member of a school system developing long-range technology plans.
Classes include hands-on seminars with the latest television and computer technology, small-group discussions and demonstrations.
