Linda D. Butler, who directs university relations for the Meridian Campus, recently was honored with four public relations awards.
Butler received awards by the College Public Relations Association of Mississippi for her work with the campus' 1997 spring registration advertisement, the 1996 fall registration advertisement, the 1996 spring semester artwork and theme, and the 1997 spring registration billboard and theme.
Selections were made from more than 600 entries from Mississippi colleges and universities and were rated by a panel of out-of-state judges.
Butler also was a winner in last year's competition for Meridian Campus' student recruitment materials.
