Kudos

Marita Gootee, art, was accepted from more than 250 entrants from 40 states into the 1997 Toledo Friends of Photography National Juried Photographic Exhibition at the University of Toledo (Ohio) Center for the Visual Arts. Gootee's contribution was an image entitled "The Star," a Polaroid transfer with etched plexiglas. She was also among others from the university who were invited to participate in an exhibition at the Meridian Museum of Art Photography Invitational. Joining Gootee were William McClung, English; Wendy Roussin, art; and art student David Holland.
