The Department of Art is offering a three-week Encounters workshop for artists interested in a European studio experience this summer.
Each participant's travel and studio experiences in Scotland will help to inspire his or her artwork as directed by Glasgow School of Art faculty. MSU associate art professor Amie Oliver will teach with the Glasgow faculty.
The Encounters workshop will consist of two three-credit college courses, one in book arts and the other in advanced drawing. Courses are available for graduate or undergraduate credit. The trip is limited to 10 participants.
