Mississippi State carpenter William Hubbard was a study in concentration recently as he replaced window caulking at Magruder Hall. Built in 1938, the one-time women's residence hall is undergoing repairs to accommodate the expansion of Psychology Department offices. Until recently, the department shared the three-story brick structure with the financial aid office, which moved to Garner Hall.
