Nominations for 1998 Zacharias Distinguished Staff Awards are due by March 31.
Nomination forms for the annual awards ceremony were mailed to staff members inside the sponsoring Professional and Support Staff Advisory Council's most recent newsletter.
The categories for at least half-time employees who have worked for the university at least three years are: Executive, Managerial, Administrative; Other Professional (non-teaching); Technical Paraprofessional; Clerical/Secretarial; Skilled Crafts; and Service/Maintenance.
Each recipient will be awarded $1,000 and a plaque at the annual Staff Appreciation Day on May 15.
The form and three, one-page letters of recommendation may be mailed to Kay Holland, PSSAC secretary, at Mail Stop 9603.
