Discount mammograms offered in June

During June, Oktibbeha County Hospital is offering mammograms at a discount to Mississippi State employees, spouses and retirees who participate in the State Employee's Health Insurance Plan.

Promotional prices are:

• four-view bilateral mammogram and radiologist's fee-$75

• two-view unilateral mammogram and radiologist's fee-$65 (unilateral mammograms will be done only on patients with one breast).

All mammograms must be ordered and scheduled by the patient's physician. Patients cannot call and schedule themselves. Also, the promotional prices are good only for mammograms performed in June.

Any special views required at the time will be at the standard rate of $27 each.

The discount is offered in conjunction with the Partners for Health program and sponsored by MSU's Department of Human Resources Management/Employee Benefits Section.
