ITEM: Notice seeking proposals for cooperative agreements to conduct statistical research related to the improvement of human health risk assessment methodologies for both cancer and non-cancer toxicity from exposure to mixtures of disinfection by-products in drinking water.
ACTION: Through September 15, 1998, written requests only will be taken to obtain a detailed solicitation package. Proposals must be received by October 30, 1998.

TITLE: Nanosatellite Solid Propellant Motor Prototype
SOL: RFO5-58769-243
AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA); Goddard Space Flight Center
ITEM: Notice of plans to issue a request for offer (RFO) for the design, development, fabrication and testing of a nanosatellite solid propellant motor prototype. This effort will determine the feasibility of using certain materials and design features to make the inert mass, thrust level and size of the motor compatible with the requirements of nanosatellites.
ACTION: The anticipated release date of the RFO is August 28, 1998, with an anticipated offer due date of September 28, 1998. The solicitation and related documents will be available electronically at http://procurement.nasa.gov/EPS/GSFC/class.html.
