

The Office of Research has scheduled flights with Aircraft Operations to Washington, D.C., September-December.
The university will pay the cost of airplane travel to Washington for faculty and staff members to work on contract or grant proposals, or for official university business. The traveler will be responsible for other expenses related to the trip.
To reserve a seat, call Debbie Richardson, flight scheduling coordinator, at Aircraft Operations, 325-3010. Travelers also must complete an Aircraft Trip Request form with the appropriate approval signatures and forward it to Aircraft Operations (Mail Stop 9822) at least two days prior to departure.
If a seat must be canceled, a five-day notification prior to the departure date is requested. There is a $300 departmental cancellation fee for cancellations within three working days of trip departures.
The approximate departure and arrival times for all dates are: depart Starkville Sept. 21 and depart Washington Sept. 22; depart Starkville Sept. 29 and depart Washington Sept. 30; depart Starkville Oct. 6 and depart Washington Oct. 7; depart Starkville Oct. 13 and depart Washington Oct. 14; depart Starkville Oct. 26 and depart Washington Oct. 27; depart Starkville Nov. 3 and depart Washington Nov. 4; depart Starkville Nov. 12 and depart Washington Nov. 13; depart Starkville Nov. 23 and depart Washington Nov. 24; depart Starkville Dec. 3 and depart Washington Dec. 4; and depart Starkville Dec. 14 and depart Washington Dec. 15.
