

History professor John F. Marszalek once again will appear on national television when he discusses "White House Scandals-19th Century Variety" on cable's CSPAN 2.
The public affairs network will broadcast Marszalek's talk Dec. 19 at 7 and 10 p.m. CST.
Author of numerous historical books, his most recent is "The Petticoat Affair: Manners, Mutiny and Sex in Andrew Jackson's White House."
Marszalek's lecture on White House scandals was presented during third annual symposium of The Lincoln Forum in mid-November at Gettysburg, Pa., and taped by C-SPAN 2 for the December broadcast.
A member of the faculty since 1973, the Buffalo, N.Y., native is a specialist on the American Civil War.
