As a group of Starkville, Oktibbeha County and Mississippi State officials looks on, university President Malcolm Portera and Kelly Runnels, Starkville's Miss Hospitality, cut the ribbon Aug. 25 officially opening the MSU AgriCenter. In addition to a 69,000 square-foot all-weather arena, the South Farm complex includes a harness racing track and 300 animal stalls.
