The Starkville-MSU Symphony Orchestra will present a concert Feb. 27 at Starkville High School.
The performance begins at 3 p.m. in the new auditorium.
Program highlights include Mozart's Horn Concerto No. 3, Haydn's Symphony No. 45, also known as the "Farewell Symphony," and "Movement for Small Orchestra," written by Mississippi University for Women professor Richard Montalto.
"I am excited about the concert and our players," said conductor Denise Rowan. "We have Mississippi State students and Starkville High School string students joining us, community members from Columbus and Starkville, as well as faculty from both MUW and MSU who will be performing."
