The state Institutions of Higher Learning web server has failed and will remain offline for an indefinite time period.
Persons wishing to participate in the IHL-sponsored conference, "Creating Futures Through Technology," may access two alternate servers: www.sbcjc.cc.ms.us and www.cice.usm.edu/ce/noncredit/cr-tech/index.html.
