Nominations from faculty, staff and students now are being accepted for the 2001 Research Awards Program.

The program honors those who contribute significantly to the university's research mission and helps to increase awareness of MSU research programs and capabilities.

Three letters of support or recommendations for nominees are required in call categories. Award categories include faculty/research scientist/engineer (all faculty equivalent positions), research support staff (classified/professional staff), graduate and undergraduate students.

Deadline for nominations is April 17.

Award recipients will be honored at an April 26 ceremony in the Bryan Athletic Administration Building.
