As Mississippi's first United Nations Depository, MSU Libraries provides researchers with online access to the key U.N. document resources described below. All are available via the libraries' Web site at http://www.library.msstate.edu.

- Official Documents System (ODS)-The United Nations Official Documents System is the electronic repository for official documents published by the organization. The full text of documents is accessible in PDF format in all official languages of the United Nations-Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian, and Spanish. Documents are stored in two databases: U.N. documentation with comprehensive coverage beginning in 1993 and selected earlier coverage, and U.N. Resolutions, which includes the official records version of resolutions of the General Assembly, Security Council, Economic and Social Council, and Trusteeship Council since 1946.

- United Nations Treaty Collection-The collection includes seven categories of treaty-related data: United Nations Treaty Series, Status of Multilateral Treaties Deposited with the Secretary-General, Texts of Recently Deposited Multilateral Treaties, Photographs of Treaty Signature Ceremonies, Titles of the Multilateral Treaties Deposited with the Secretary-General, Summary of Practice of the Secretary-General as Depositary of Multilateral Treaties, and Treaty Handbook.

- United Nations UNSTATS Common Database-A full-text global statistical database providing selected series from 30 specialized international data sources for all available countries and areas.

- UNBISNET-Catalog of U.N. publications and documentation (including the Voting Records and Index to Speeches) indexed by the U.N. Dag Hammarskjold Library and the Library of the U.N. Office of Geneva. Also included are non-U.N. publications held in the collection of the Dag Hammarskjold Library. Coverage is from 1985 to present.

- UN-I-QUE: United Nations Info Quest-A ready reference file created by the Dag Hammarskjold Library to respond to frequently asked questions. It is a database designed to provide quick access to document symbols/sales numbers for U.N. materials (1946 onwards).

- U.N. Documentation Centre-United Nations official documents available in full text.
