Dr. Mike Goatley of Plant and Soil Sciences (second from left) is Mississippi State's Academic Adviser of the Year for 2001-02. He will represent the university at the National Academic Advising Association conference in late September at Salt Lake City. At the recent spring semester general faculty meeting, Dr. Donna Reese (l) of Computer Science and Linda Seckinger of Art also were honored for helping students schedule course work and meet graduation requirements. Interim Provost George Verrall presented the honors.
