Dr. Vance Watson (left), director of the Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station, receives the Southern Regional Informational Exchange Group's outstanding service award from Dr. Clarence Watson, associate director of MAFES. The award is based on his service in the area of crop variety testing. Vance Watson is also serving as interim vice president of the Division of Agriculture, Forestry and Veterinary Medicine.
