The Department of Housing and Residence Life offers affordable on-campus guest housing for commuting students, visitors, family, or special guests in Herbert Hall.
Herbert is a year-round facility within walking distance of all central campus buildings. It provides free parking, card-access security systems on every outside stairwell and floor door, a full-service kitchen, ice and snack machines, lounge areas on each floor with TV and microwave, washers and dryers, and irons and ironing boards.
All rooms have at least two single beds, desk, chest, telephones with voice mail, cable TV hookup, Ethernet hookup, sink, and linens. First-floor rooms and bathrooms are wheelchair-accessible.
Herbert Hall is available on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis. Prices are $20 per night for a single room and $25 per night for a double room. Weekly and monthly rates also are available.
