Charles Neimeyer (r), an administrator and researcher at the U.S. Naval War College, discussed homeland security and America's response to the terrorist threat during a recent campus visit. He was special guest of Janos Radvanyi, chair in International Security Studies. Visiting with Neimeyer before his McCool Hall address were Radvanyi (c) and history professor James Haug.
