Term life insurance holders must re-enroll
All employees currently enrolled in the state group term life insurance program must re-enroll with the new carrier, Aetna Life Insurance Co.
Any employee who did not receive a re-enrollment form at his or her home should contact Human Resources Management at 325-3713.
Completed forms should be sent to HRM, Box 9603, Mississippi State, MS 39762 before Feb. 28.
