Despite the near complete automation of MSU Telecommunications operations over the past decades, the Lee Hall office continues to offer live operator service 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m. weekdays. The staff includes (l-r) full-time employee Kathy Frazier and student workers Lainee Smith, Atoya Brown, and Ashley Shields.
