President Charles Lee (r) was joined by Dean Norman (l) of the university’s Center for Advanced Vehicular Systems and Emil Hassan, Nissan North America senior vice president of manufacturing, for the opening of a 23,000-square-foot MSU facility in Canton in mid-December. The CAVS Extension Center is providing research, outreach and education programs to support the state’s automotive and related industries.
