As part of the 30th anniversary celebration of the College of Veterinary Medicine, actor Morgan Freeman (second from left) was on hand to dedicate an equine research facility named in his honor. Joining him were (l-r) Dean John Thomson; Vance Watson, vice president for agriculture, forestry and veterinary medicine; Wayne Groce, CVM Office of Special Programs; and Richard Hopper, director of the new facility.
