Continuing education offering personal enrichment courses
The Division of Continuing Educaton is offering a variety of personal enrichment courses for early fall.
They include:
Cake Decorating I-five classes with Paulett White; Thursdays, Sept. 16, 23, 30, Oct. 7, and 14; 5:30-7:30 p.m.; Moore Hall; $59.
Cake Decorating II-five classes with Paulett White; Thursdays, Oct. 28, Nov. 4, 11, 18, and Dec. 2; 5:30-7:30 p.m.; Moore Hall; $79.
Beginners' Pine Straw Basket Weaving-three classes with Bessie Johnson; Wednesdays, Sept. 15, 22 and 29; 6:15-8:15 p.m.; Burgoyne Suite of Memorial Hall; $59.
Creatively Design On A Dime-three classes with Cheri Fulgham; "Paints and Colors," Tuesday, Sept. 28; "Dorms and Kids' Rooms," Tuesday, Oct. 5; "Organization and Accessories," Tuesday, Oct. 12; 6-8 p.m.; Memorial Hall; $49.
Culinary Class-six classes with MSU Chef Roland Parny; participants must bring their own aprons; knives and other utensils will be provided. Participants must be at least 14 years old to enroll. Mondays and Thursdays, Sept. 27, 30, Oct. 11, 14, Nov. 1, and 4; 6-8 p.m.; catering kitchen, second floor of the Colvard Union; $89.
