Homecoming decoration contest announced
The Professional and Support Staff Advisory Council is sponsoring its third annual "Homecoming Front Entrance Decoration Contest."
"State of the Future" is the theme of this year's contest, designed to promote school spirit and teamwork across campus.
An application form may be accessed on the PSSAC Web site at http://www.pssac.msstate.edu . Also online are photos from last year's competition.
Oct. 4 is the application deadline.
All decorations must be completed for judging by 10 a.m. Oct. 7. Participating teams must follow the following guidelines:
-decorations may not obstruct the flow of traffic;
-windows may not be decorated with paint or shoe polish; and
-decorations must be removed by Oct. 11.
First-, second- and third-place winners will be announced at the MSU vs. University of Alabama at Birmingham Homecoming football game and in MSU Memo.
