Longtime administrator Roy Ruby holds an architect's rendering of the 400-bed freshman residence hall that will bear his name when it is completed next year. Groundbreaking ceremonies for the Roy H. Ruby Residence Hall were held in late October.
The 160,000-square-foot, co-residential facility will replace 45-year-old Hightower Hall, now undergoing demolition.
