Fred Carl Jr. of Greenwood (second from right) was honored recently with the official dedication of the Carl Small Town Center in the College of Architecture, Art and Design. Carl, founder of the Viking Range Corp., is a major benefactor of the college and other MSU programs. Also participating were (from left) center director Kimberly Brown, architecture Dean James West, Carl’s wife Margaret, and President Charles Lee.
