Flex participants must file claims by March deadline
All Flexible Spending Account participants must send 2004 Mediflex and Careflex claims to the third party administrator on or before March 1.
Forms should be mailed to Glynn Griffing & Associates, P.O. Box 16509, Jackson, MS 39236-6509.
