HRM issues reminder
The Department of Human Resources Management reminds Careflex Flexible Spending Account participants that any money remaining in their Careflex accounts must be used by Dec. 31.
Beginning in 2006, the claims period for Mediflex Flexible Spending Accounts has been extended and now includes the current calendar year (2005), plus a grace period that includes Jan. 1-March 15, 2006.
More information about the new Mediflex grace period may be found on the HRM Web site: http://www.hrm.msstate.edu.
The grace period does not include the Careflex Flexible Spending Accounts.
All 2005 claims must be received by the Third Party Administrator, Glynn Griffing & Associates, P.O. Box 16509, Jackson, MS 39236-6509, on or before April 15, 2006.
